Pulsehaven Support
Pulsehaven uses your iPhone camera and flashlight to estimate heart rate and heart-rate variability for general wellness awareness. Measurements and context notes stay on your device.
Contact
Email support@pulsehavenapp.com for product help, billing questions, privacy requests, or accessibility feedback. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send medical records or other sensitive information.
Measurement help
- Clean the camera lens before measuring.
- Rest your fingertip lightly over the flashlight and the nearby camera shown by the in-app guide.
- Keep your hand still and avoid pressing hard enough to whiten the fingertip.
- If the signal remains weak, try another supported rear camera from the in-app camera selector.
- Measurements are estimates and are not a substitute for a medical device or professional advice.
Subscriptions
Pulsehaven Plus is available as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial when the App Store confirms eligibility.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Use Restore Purchases on the Plus screen after reinstalling or changing devices.
- Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms and your statutory rights.
Your data
Pulsehaven does not require an account. Heart-rate, HRV, trend, experiment, and context data are stored locally. You can export or delete local data from the Me tab. Uninstalling the App removes its local data.
